Owners Ron Guernsey and JD Scott have 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ron on the business side and JD on the project side. Ron is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. After a successful military career Ron focused on development and has played a key role in the management of the company. JD has over 17 years experience in residential and commercial project management. His vast knowledge and reputation has led to many large projects along 30A and the Emerald Coast.
